Aldina Taylor: Head of Training & Development

Dip.in Welfare Studies, Dip.H.E in Applied Social Studies,
Dip.in Social Work.

Aldina Taylor is a qualified social worker and practice teacher with experience in developing projects to support children and young people in their community.

She developed a pilot mentoring scheme for young carers which received national recognition and was used as a model of good practice for The Children’s Society. She worked as a Pastoral Care Worker at Hillbourne First and Middle Schools and is able to use her expertise on this side of the work. She is responsible for the professional development of the PCWs through training and appraisals.

Pauline Horder

Pauline Horder: Head of Supervision & Support

BSc Hons Psychology, MA Counselling Studies,
Certificate in Supervision.

Pauline Horder is responsible for the professional supervision
of the Pastoral Care Workers.

She is a qualified counsellor and psychologist with many years experience in the field of youth work and counselling. Pauline is responsible for the ongoing support and professional supervision of the Pastoral Care Workers. Pauline provides 1-1 supervision and tailored training to ensure the quality of service by PCWs.

Lynley Wilkes

Lynley Wilkes: Head of Supervision

B.A Applied Theology NYA Youth and Community Work.
Foundation Degree in Christian Theology and Ministry.

Lynley Wilkes has been actively involved with Youth Work over a period of 20 years, both in training and supervising workers.

She set up and worked as a Transitional Worker within a School Pyramid in Poole and spent time in Uganda training youth workers and teachers to support students at a local secondary school in the Kinkiizi region. Lynley continues on a private basis to work with women who have been abused.
